Training Run


Primary Objective
To be familiar with the actual route of the Craze Ultra

Secondary Objective
To simulate own/self race-day nutrition plan

Note for all Familiarisation/Training Runs:
(1) There is no need to pre-register for any of the runs

(2) It's free & open to the public/friends/pacers

(3) Please bring along the following:
* Your own hydration bag/bottle/food/water, preferably what you will be using at the Craze Ultra.  This is to simulate race-day condition.
* Cash (emergency/purchase of food & drinks along the way)
* Transport card (as our runs will be One-Way only)

(4) Please ensure you are in good health before taking part.  We will not the liable for any injury/death you sustain as a result of your participation in the familiarisation/training runs.

(5) Please go through the respective route map (links are provided below) prior to the run so you are familiar with it & to avoid getting lost.  You may wish to send the route map to your smart phone.


2017
Date: 10 June 2017, Saturday

Start Time: 10pm (2200hrs)

Venue: Checkpoint 8 (Small hut/shelter near Bedok Reservoir Car Park B) (Click HERE to view location)

Objective: Try out the Craze Ultra reverse route in the night, from Bedok Reservoir park (Checkpoint 8) to the finish line at MacRitchie Reservoir.  Feel free to join in at any part of the route, relevant to the category you've signed up for.

Maximum Distance: 81km

One Way Only: Please note this is a One-Way training run.
